What data do we collect?
Minspirits collects the following data:
- Personal identification information that you provide (Name, email address, country, profile photo, gender)
- Information about your computer including your IP address, browser type and version, and operating system
- Information that is generated while using our website, including when, how often, and under what circumstances you use it, the sections of the site you use the most
- Information that you post in the site and need to be persisted (moods, diary entries, comments, goals, lessons etc..)
- Payment-related details for subscription processing (e.g., subscription status, plan details, and transaction history, excluding credit card information, which is securely processed by third-party payment providers)

You directly provide Minspirits with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Register online and create content on Minspirits
- Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.

- When signin with your Google, Facebook or Apple account we will get your language, name and email.

Subscription Management and Data
For users subscribing to the minspirits supporter subscription, we collect and manage the following data:
- Subscription Details: Plan type (e.g., yearly), subscription status, and renewal information.
- Payment Information: We do not store credit card or payment details; these are securely managed by third-party payment providers compliant with data protection regulations.
- Usage Data: Information about your access to premium features.
By subscribing, you agree to auto-renewal of your subscription at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings in iOS app or in Stripe for web/Android. If canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
How do we store your data?
Minspirits securely stores your data at the Microsoft Azure Cloud.
Minspirits will keep your data while the user has an account. Subscription-related data will be retained for as long as required for regulatory or legal purposes. All user data will be deleted upon account deletion.
Data Processing for AI-Powered Assistant
Our application incorporates an AI assistant powered by large language models hosted on the Microsoft Azure cloud. This AI functionality is specifically designed to support users.
For the purpose of providing personalized assistance, certain user information—such as goals, journal entries, moods, and other relevant data—is transmitted to the AI service (depending on the specific request). However, no personally identifying information is included. All data sent is anonymized to ensure your identity remains protected.
The information transmitted is strictly limited to what is necessary to generate meaningful responses tailored to your self-growth needs. This includes processing and analyzing data to enable functionalities like goal refinement, asking questions and writing in your journal , and holistic progress tracking.
Our AI assistant leverages services hosted on Microsoft Azure, a platform that complies with rigorous data protection and privacy standards. This collaboration ensures that the handling of your anonymized data adheres to applicable data protection regulations (such as GDPR, HIPAA, or other regional privacy laws).
Please note that the AI models do not use your anonymized data to personally train or update the underlying models. Data is solely used in real-time to generate responses to your input, without retaining personal context or history beyond what is necessary to complete the requested analysis or task.
